The scripture for today is Luke 12 verse 50 (KJV).
"But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how I am straitened till it be accomplished!"
This is a verse where Jesus is giving an example of how the Holy Spirit works. He is very clear it is to be passed on to those who accept it. There is a sound of determination in the giving of the Spirit to others. By the use of the Spirit, Christians see things differently than those who are not a Christian.
Let me explain, the Holy Spirit works in us and in others. We would say in church "God is on the loose" or "The Spirit is on the loose!". Either way, the Holy Spirit will not be suppressed. The Spirit is alive, just like Jesus. The Spirit shows us things that we would not see. Like a third eye or an extra sense.
The Spirit also leads us. He is everywhere. He is guiding our every step, He will not be confined, He is on the loose! Therefore, Jesus' words of "till be accomplished" hold true since the Spirit holds us true to the faith. Without the Spirit, one cannot say "Jesus is Lord" nor can anyone accursed Jesus if the Holy spirit is in them. The Spirit will not allow you.
